I specialize in VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, and Microsoft Hyper-V enterprise clusters. I architect high-availability quorum nodes, live vMotion/PVE migrations, and hardware IPMI fencing to eliminate single points of failure.
How do you design backup & disaster recovery (DR) solutions?
I enforce strict 3-2-1-1-0 immutable backup architecture using Veeam Backup & Replication, Backup Radar, and Synology NAS / Tintri SAN storage arrays. Backups are synced offsite to S3 Object Lock targets with automated monthly SureBackup restore testing.
